These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Factory application and related services at ai-factory.ancmedia.net (the "Service"), operated by ANC Media ("we", "us", "our"). By connecting an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AI Factory is an AI-powered content creation and social-media publishing platform. It generates digital content (including video) and, when you explicitly authorize it, publishes that content to your connected third-party accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube) on your behalf.

2. Account connection & authorization

To publish on your behalf, you connect a third-party account through that platform's official OAuth flow. You authorize the specific scopes shown during connection (for example, posting video and reading basic profile and video statistics). You may revoke this authorization at any time from the third-party platform's settings or by removing the account from AI Factory.

3. Your responsibilities

You must own or be authorized to manage any account you connect.
You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with the rules and community guidelines of each connected platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).
You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any third-party platform's API terms or rate limits.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms via their public APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or the availability of, third-party APIs.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANC Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
