Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how ANC Media ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use AI Factory at ai-factory.ancmedia.net (the "Service"), including when you connect third-party accounts such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use information
We use the information solely to operate the Service: to authenticate with connected platforms, publish content you have approved, refresh expiring tokens, and show you performance analytics. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
3. TikTok data
When you connect TikTok, we access only the scopes you authorize (basic profile, video publish/upload, and video list/statistics). TikTok data is used only to publish on your behalf and to display the performance of content posted through the Service. Use of TikTok information also adheres to the TikTok Developer Terms and TikTok's policies.
4. Storage & security
Tokens and account data are stored in access-controlled Google Cloud (Firestore) infrastructure. Tokens are never displayed in full in our interface (they are masked) and are transmitted over HTTPS.
5. Retention & deletion
We retain authorization tokens only while your account is connected. When you remove a connected account from AI Factory, or revoke access from the third-party platform, the associated tokens are deleted from our systems. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the contact below.
6. Third parties
We share data only with the platforms required to deliver the Service (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google Cloud). We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
7. Your rights
You can disconnect any account, request access to or deletion of your data, and revoke permissions through the connected platform at any time.
